Venus Blessings has dedicated her life to loving and serving others. She was born and raised in Savannah, GA. She embodies resilience, faith, and unwavering dedication to service. Inspired by God and the women who preceded her, she found her calling through her faith in God and community.
Venus embarked on a remarkable career spanning four decades with the Non-appropriated Funds (NAF) before retiring in 2020. As a devoted employee, she poured her heart and soul into her work, tirelessly advocating for and supporting those facing hardships and challenges and would later engineer a Sunday morning radio program.
In addition to her professional endeavors, her faith and dedication to serving God led her to become an Ordained Deaconess within her church.
Among Venus’s most cherished memories is her pilgrimage to the Holy Land, a testament to her spiritual journey and deepened connection to her faith.
Almost 3 years ago Venus was compelled to the funeral industry. She immersed and equipped herself, learned a new skillset, and obtained licenses in both Preneed and Life Insurance and is currently actively involved and trusted in all aspects of the funeral home business bringing excellence in every area she serves.

Ronnie J is a native of South Florida but serving in the military has made him a native of the world. He has been in Central Texas since the mid-80s and has planted roots there. Ronnie has always had a passion for good music and entertainment.
Playing drums in the church during his middle & high school years, allowed him to nurture his talent and develop his ear for the love of rhythmic arrangements.
At first, Ronnie reluctantly debated with God about serving at this radio station. “But God”….won the debate. So after retiring from a successful career as a Federal Worker, (DOD, VA) Ronnie open the doors to the Jazz café on KRGN- FM and has been serving musically delicious meals ever since.
Ronnie has been married for almost 40 years to Cathy J. and they consider the successfulness of their children, as their most greatest blessing.
He is Spiritually motivated, dedicated, and considers himself blessed to be able to serve God’s people every Sunday afternoon!
Aya Fubara Eneli, Esq. hosts “Rethinking Freedom”, a radio show dedicated to exploring what it truly means to live freely today. With over 30 years as an attorney, leadership expert, and motivational speaker, Aya is also a best-selling author of “Your Self-Love Revolution: A 30-Day Women’s Guide to Embracing Divinity and Creating the Life You Desire”.
As a life coach, she has empowered clients in over 13 countries and founded the first public library in Opobo, Nigeria—the Emma Johnson Dirigo Wari. Aya also started Intelligent & Talented Girls (IT Girls), a mentorship program for girls in Central Texas.
In addition to her professional achievements, Aya is a devoted wife and mother of five. Through “Rethinking Freedom”, she invites listeners to challenge limitations and explore various aspects of personal empowerment and financial independence.

Tina J. Capito, M.Ed., is a passionate advocate for children and families, dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to the resources, education, and support they need to thrive. With over 25 years of experience in education and child welfare, she has committed her career to serving children—particularly those with disabilities and those in the foster care system.
Beginning her journey as a public educator in 1996, Tina spent two decades as a KISD transition specialist and special education teacher, helping students with disabilities navigate their futures. Though she has transitioned out of traditional education, she continues her advocacy for special needs children and adults, including serving as a TEDx Speaker on Transition.
Currently, Tina serves as the Executive Director of Garden of Hope Foster Care Agency, where she leads efforts to provide safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children in foster care. She is also the President of Educated Angels, an organization dedicated to supporting youth and families through educational programs, scholarships, and community initiatives.
In 2024, Tina was elected to the Killeen Independent School District (KISD) School Board, Place 6, where she is committed to improving policies and programs that directly impact students, educators, and families. She continues to be a strong voice for equity, inclusion, and support services within the district.
Beyond her professional and civic roles, Tina is a devoted mother to Andruw and Jaylyn and a proud grandmother to Malia and Jamir. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing pickleball and volleyball. With a steadfast belief in the power of education, advocacy, and community collaboration, she remains a driving force in shaping a brighter future for children and families.

As a public speaker, Dr. Morgan-Scott has shared her insights at faith-based and academic events globally and has taught in various colleges and universities on topics like Social Work, Business, and Leadership. She also oversees her consultancy firm and construction company, utilizing her global marketplace experience to empower her clients’ visions.
In her spiritual capacity, she operates actively in the prophetic call of her life. Serves on the Executive Board of Jabula Worldwide, where she contributes as the Director of the Jabula Bible School, Luminary Institute while also acting as the regional Overseer for Texas.
Dr. Morgan-Scott is deeply committed to community service, sitting on boards such as the Innovation Black Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Killeen Community Clinic. She is dedicated to helping others succeed in their faith and personal endeavors, believing part of her mission is to nurture and strengthen leaders within the body of Christ. Through her visionary approach, she inspires others to seek out their God-given purpose and fulfill their destinies.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Nina Taylor is a veteran of the entertainment industry. Nina started at the age of 5 dancing and singing with her family. She is a professional actress, model, voice over talent, songwriter and musician. She has appeared in several radio and T.V. spots including commercials for the 4-H Club, The Cincinnati Police Dept., McGraw Hill, Big Bear Plus, Schottensteins Dept. Stores and more. Nina co-wrote and sang the opening theme song for a video music show in Ohio where she now lives. Currently Nina can be seen in a commercial for “State Auto” Insurance with actor John Derrickson from Dayton, and is a Lane Bryant Fit Model, (Cacique Underwear and Intimate apparel). Nina is a veteran who has worked in all formats including Jazz, R&B, Light Rock, Oldies, Pop and most recently she served as Assistant Program Director and Promotions Director at a Gospel station in Ohio. As the granddaughter of a Pastor and growing up in a family church, Nina already had a great love for Gospel Music. As a child Nina’s mother traveled all over the country singing with the family and with several Quartet groups. Nina also enjoyed the long rehearsals, falling asleep in the studio and long car rides to different churches where the family sang. She was always surrounded by music and performing. “It was normal for us”.
Nina has a Bachelor of Science in both Broadcast Journalism & Psychology and a Masters Degree in Entertainment Business. During her 30 years in radio, Nina became the station promoter and brought many outstanding national Gospel artists to Ohio, while promoting the radio station. Currently Nina does production and voice work freelance in her own studio.
Nina has an international news segment entitled “The Gospel News” that airs on over 2000 stations in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, The Bahamas, Kenya, Nigeria, Botswana and South Africa. Along life’s journey, Elder Jones retired from the military after 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. Later, after 20 years working for the Prison System, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, he retired. During his term at TDC, having a captive audience, opportunity gave way to ministering to those in need of a savior while in captivity.
Elder Jones serves under the leadership of Apostle G.L. Grace of Balanced Believers Ministry of Central Texas.

A proud US Navy veteran, Roger’s career has been marked by his passion for gospel music and dedication to his community. He currently serves as a booking agent and manager for the acclaimed gospel recording artist, The Divine Messengers. In addition, Roger is the founder of the Central Gospel Quartet Network, which boasts a vibrant following of over 2,500 supporters.
Roger’s guiding principle is captured in his signature scripture, Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Though the future remains uncertain, Roger firmly believes in the steadfast guidance of a higher power.
Alexa Silcott – Radio Host, Performer, Artist and Community-Focused Student Leader
Alexa Silcott is a vibrant 17-year-old student at New Tech High School in Belton, Texas, whose dedication to community involvement and creative expression has made her a prominent figure in her local area. Known for her charm, quick wit, and leadership, Alexa has built a reputation for her diverse talents and unwavering commitment to giving back.
For almost 5 years, Alexa has hosted her own radio show, “Child Eyes”, on KRGN 98.5 FM, now known as “Teen Talk” Through this platform, she engages with her audience in meaningful conversations, promoting awareness and understanding on various topics that resonate with both youth and adults. Her love for connecting with people and her ability to foster discussions on community issues has made her a beacon of positivity on air.
Alexa is also a gifted singer and artist, frequently performing at community events to share her passion for music and art. Landing her in 2023’s Comic-Con student artist 2nd place winner in the printed magazine. Her artistic talents are not just for personal fulfillment; they serve as a means of bringing people together, fostering a sense of unity and shared experience within her community.
Her community involvement extends beyond music and art. Alexa has taken the stage in various theater productions in both Temple and Killeen, using her platform as an actor and speaker to highlight local stories and participate in events that uplift and celebrate her community, to include delivering messages as a guest speaker at a church. Her talent has been seen on a local Ted Talk platform, hosting events for her school and has even led her to land a role in a movie, further showcasing her versatility and dedication to the performing arts.
Recently, Alexa delivered a speech at a local speaking event on resiliency, demonstrating her confidence and commitment to inspiring others. Her natural ability to captivate an audience and communicate effectively has made her a trusted voice within her community. Alexa has recently volunteered her time to United Way of Central Texas as a resource operator for the 2-1-1 call center before and during the tornado crisis serving those in need.
Beyond her artistic, volunteerism, and public speaking endeavors, Alexa has a passionate as an athlete, excelling in both running and swimming. She embraces physical challenges with the same fearlessness that defines her approach to new opportunities.

From schoolyard freestyle battles to Billboard-charting singles, Big Redd has found refuge and rebirth in music for most of his life. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Big Redd boasts 20 years in terrestrial radio and over a decade as an independent Christian hip-hop artist. Now, he’s pushing new waves through the industry with The Big Redd Radio Show, a nationally syndicated Christian hip-hop, Christian pop, and Rhythm and Praise program. The Big Redd Radio Show airs Fridays on KRGN from 4pm-5pm. Big Redd is a proud husband, a proud father of three, and his heart’s desire is to change generations–-one lyric at a time.
Brother Efrem Young is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He is the third child of five born to the late Samuel Young and Doretha Young. He received his formal elementary and high school education in the city of Chicago. After high school Brother Young started his pursue for higher education, but after one semester a military career was taken. Brother Young served 21 years in the United States Army and retired at Food Hood, Texas after honourably serving in 2010. He has served at various military locations from CONUS to overseas assignments. He has served in peace-keeping missions in Bosnia, combat tours in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
An effective communicator of God’s Word, Brother Young is practical and dynamic in his teaching style which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scriptures to their everyday lives. He has a Bachelors in Business Administration. And, serves our nation’s Veterans at the Waco Regional Office in Waco, Texas.
He is the husband of one wife, Michelle Young. They are the proud parents of two adult children who work professions that make their parents proud, Gabrielle Young and Efrem Jr.
Rose Scott is the ninth of twelve children, born and raised in Arkansas. After graduating high school, Rose completed four years of college at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff with a degree in Biology. She has 14 years of military experience in the Army and is now medically retired. Stationed at Fort Hood, Rose decided to remain in Killeen, TX, and obtained her second Bachelor’s degree in social work. Her additional education in the field led her to a career in education. Rose followed this calling to become a teacher at Killeen High School. Ever ambitious, Rose did not let the grass grow beneath her feet and focused on becoming licensed in real estate in 2007.
Rose Scott is currently the caretaker of her nephew and niece and is the matriarch of her loving family here in Killeen.
Rose has been a member of the Killeen Chamber of Commerce since 2010 and is a former Executive Secretary at the Ambassadors for Killeen Chamber for three years. “I believe it is a calling to provide financial advice and creative counseling to people. My focus is on assisting those who are transitioning from renting to owning. My gift is training the community to better their economic situation by purchasing a home.” Rose is an expert in assisting home-buyers to find that perfect home within the Greater Fort Cavazos area. Her hard work led to an appointment as KHVN’s Program Director in 2009, where she worked to strengthen ties between KHVN and the community. Carmina was promoted again to Director of Operations for Mortenson Broadcasting Dallas in 2018.
In 2019, she launched “Inspirations with Carmina” which extended her message and reach beyond the D/FW area. Carmina has received various awards and accolades for her work, and strives to continue positively impacting others through service to her community. Inspirations with Carmina airs Monday through Friday from 1pm to 3pm on KRGN FM.

Better known on air as “Lady T”, Prophetess Tamara Jones made her debut at KRGN 98.5 FM in 2021 as the host of the “Power of Praise” Broadcast. Currently, she is the Station Manager at KRGN, the Number one Gospel station in Central Texas, where she plays the latest in contemporary gospel. The “Power of Praise” Broadcast airs Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm CST.
After accepting the Lord Jesus Christ and receiving her call, in 1998, she left her hometown of Aliquippa, in Western PA, and began her ministry as a missionary leading her into various countries from 1999 until 2010. During that time, she settled in Orlando, Florida. In 2019, at the leading of the Holy Spirit, she made her migration to Killeen, Texas.
Tamara has authored the book “Wake Up My Adam” which will be published by the year’s end, 2024. Servant of God, Entrepreneur, Author, Actress, Artist- Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend.
